Excellent Components


Because the Excellent Systems tiles are available in component form they can be used to create any shape, size or gradient of ramp. From small threshold ramps to larger access solutions, it provides the perfect solution.

Full tile

Primarily used in the construction of ramps, platforms or steps.

Half tile

As with the full tile, the half tile is used in the construction of ramps, platforms or steps.

Ramp tile I+

Used to achieve a 1:7 gradient but without the 'bumps' associated with the original Ramp 1 tiles.

Ramp tile II

Can be used to create a perfect 1:12 gradient, again without the 'bumps' associated with the original Ramp I tiles.

Infill tile

Infill tiles are used in the same way as full tiles but are manufactured using less raw material, reducing the overall cost of a ramp system. The infill tile is also available as a six pack version.

Six pack

Six packs are designed to save both on cost and installation and have been designed for use when 4 or more layers are required. As the name suggests, it is the equivalent of 6 full tiles. Six packs are available in standard or infill material.

Tile locks

A variety of tile fixings are available for securing the Excellent Systems tiles together and to the floor.

Suregrip

Designed to be placed underneath a corresponding standard tile or ramp tile Suregrip provides even more slip resistance.

Kerb tube & locks

Kerb tubing is secure, practical and simple to install. It can be cut to length for an individual installation, but most of all it provides a little extra security to the edge of the ramp for those using wheelchairs.
